Job Objective:

The Supervisor Warehouse is an entry-level leader responsible for supervising, coordinating, and directing the daily operational activities of warehouse functions. This role uses industry and business knowledge and understanding to provide direction to the team according to established policies and drive creative solutions to reach defined business goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

· Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support.

· Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on productivity and safety.

· Oversee the receiving, storing, and issuing of products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

· Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.

· Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping activities to meet customer requirements and deadlines.

· Monitor order accuracy and implement quality control measures.

· Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a secure working environment.

· Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.

· Generate regular reports on warehouse performance and key metrics.

· Perform other duties as needed.

Required Experience and Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

· 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

· 0-2 years of management experience.

· Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.

· Focused on and responsible for their team's productivity and collective impact.

· Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

· Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage time effectively.

· High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.

· Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.

· Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.

· High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.

Pay: $58,672.00 - $61,720.00 per year
