Job Summary
Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) is a trusted partner of federal health agencies. You will work closely with and support Federal agency clients. We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Developer & Business Solutions Architect with expertise in SharePoint development, page design, permission management, and document management strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Lists, to develop business solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SharePoint Online, governance policies, and user experience optimization to drive strategic improvements in document and content management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online pages, sites, and document libraries
  • Design and implement SharePoint permission structures to ensure secure and efficient access control
  • Create and manage document management strategies, metadata, and workflow automation
  • Develop and automate business processes using Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for data-driven decision-making
  • Utilize Microsoft Lists to create and maintain structured data solutions for business processes
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SharePoint solutions
  • Ensure compliance with governance policies, data security, and best practices within SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Provide user training, documentation, and support for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint innovations to recommend improvements
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development, administration, and governance
  • Expertise in SharePoint Online, document management, metadata, and workflow automation
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Lists
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint permissions, access control, and security best practices
  • Experience in designing user-friendly SharePoint pages and content structures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with data governance, compliance, and Microsoft 365 security policies
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinity
  • Ability to obtain public trust
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Power Platform, or related technologies
  • Experience in strategic planning for enterprise-level SharePoint implementations
  • Prior experience leading SharePoint migration or modernization projects
  • 1+ years of VA experience within GCC
