Job Description

LaBella is currently seeking for a talented and energetic Landscape Designer to join our Civil team in our new Chattanooga, TN office. 

You will be part of a team of highly skilled professionals operating in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace. Through a collaborative design process, our Landscape Architects/Engineers are engaged to develop creative/sustainable design solutions with technical proficiency while adhering to regulatory requirements - for a variety of private and public sector projects.

Primary responsibilities for this position are to assist project managers in the design and production of site plan drawings including the development of site layout and grading plans, landscape plans, stormwater management plans and construction details. Other duties will include preparation of master plans via processes for inventory assessment, design and reporting.

 

Duties:

  • Use multi-media tools to create functional and attractive design solutions.
  • Collaborate with fellow landscape architects, engineers and planners in a team fashion.
  • Assist multiple project teams with digital production of plans and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • Minimum of 5 year of work experience.
  • Attractive graphic presentation and rendering skills, as demonstrated by a portfolio.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Time management skills and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with AutoCad, Adobe and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Excellent analytical/problem solving skills.
