Job Description

Responsibilities include:

AP Processing:

• Entering AP invoices.
• Setting up new vendors and obtaining W-9s.
• Generate AP checks and payments via the website.
• Credit card reconciliation.
• Maintain AP files.
• Reconcile monthly statements from vendors.
• Assist vendors with account inquiries.

AR Processing:

• Process daily sales and bank deposits.
• Process member payments.
• Assist members with account inquiries.

Human Resources:

• Assist department heads with new employee onboarding.
• Maintain secure employee files.
• Process bi-weekly payroll to include monthly commissions, lessons and bonuses.
• (Experience with Gatekeeper and Paychex is a plus).

Additional duties:

• Month-end assistance in reconciliation as required.
• Ordering supplies as needed.
• Provide backup for front desk.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with accounting software (Northstar knowledge is a plus).
• Excel proficiency preferred.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
