THE ROLE Work as a Senior Statistician on clinical trials; producing and validating complex outputs to excellent quality whilst adhering to deliverable timeline. Preparing randomization schedules and acting as the unblinded statistician on reporting teams. Contributing to the variety of RWE analytics studies: feasibility assessment, RWE studies, exploratory analysis. Act as a statistical consultant to pharmaceutical or biotech companies.
Responsibilities Employees may be required to perform some or all of the following:
• Program and validate primary efficacy datasets
• Program and validate summary tables, listings and complex figures, program statistical analysis tables, according to the SAP, given specifications and pertinent study documentation Liaise with clients to propose alternatives or additional analyses if needed
• Develop macros for statistical analyses and figures
• Create, validate and QC of efficacy dataset specifications for single studies, ISS/ISEs, etc
• Write SAP text for any study
• Quality Control of TLF shells
• Contribute to the variety of RWE analytics studies: feasibility assessment, RWE studies, exploratory analysis
• Define the statistical analysis strategy for RWE studies using real world data available in house or through external collaboration
• Identify and contribute to the RWE analytics enabling projects, in order to improve execution of RWE studies: R code automatization, libraries of variables derivation, code lists
• Improve the data visualization for non-technical stakeholders
• Manage day-to-day workload to ensure project deliverables are met
• Awareness of CDISC standards
Qualifications • PhD or MSc in Biostatistics or related discipline
• SAS, R simulations, Git experience is required
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry to have a good awareness of clinical trial issues, design, and implementation. Familiarity with GCP and regulatory requirements
