Primary Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough candidate searches using various online platforms, databases, and networking channels.
* Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure alignment with specific job openings.
* Cultivate and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and contacts to facilitate candidate sourcing.
* Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their suitability for specific roles.
* Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules.
* Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and formulate comprehensive recruitment strategies.
* Skillfully negotiate and finalize job offers, ensuring mutual benefit for both parties.
* Stay informed about industry trends and developments to remain abreast of market dynamics and evolving recruitment practices.
Qualifications:
* Demonstrated success in roles such as a talent acquisition specialist or recruitment consultant.
* Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including online databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and align them with suitable job opportunities.
* Results-driven mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
* Strong time management and organizational abilities.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.
Compensation:
