Position: Mainframe COBOL/CICS Developer
Location: Buffalo, NY Onsite
Duration: 6+ month

What You'll Need to Have:
Minimum of an Associate's degree and 6+ years of systems analysis/application development experience, OR a combined minimum of 8 years of relevant education and work experience.
Strong experience with Mainframe technologies: TSO, JCL, COBOL, CICS, EZTrieve, SAS, CA7 job scheduling.
Experience supporting and developing on AFS Level III or AFS Vision Commercial Loan Systems is highly preferred.
Familiarity with utilities like Xpediter, Panvalet, and SORT.
Banking and lending experience, particularly within Commercial Loan Systems.
Comfortable performing both development and analysis (BA-style) tasks: vendor coordination, requirement analysis, and UAT support.
Agile methodology experience and proven leadership skills.
Familiarity with infrastructure, solutions architecture, and database design is a plus.
Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with business and tech stakeholders.
