MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND TRAINING A High School diploma or GED equivalent certification is required. Five (5) years of increasingly responsible administrative support, advanced secretarial, lead work experience is required. *An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted as determined by the Department Director. PREFERED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND TRAINING Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related field is preferred. *Four (4) years of directly related professional experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. Certification in specialty area of Project Management is preferred. MISCELLANEOUS REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 18 years of age. Must demonstrate excellent customer service to the department's internal or external customers. Must possess strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal communication and relational skills, good organizational, project management skills, sound judgment, initiative, flexibility, and be detail oriented. Must possess a valid driver's license and must be insurable under the City of Branson's motor vehicle coverage when operating a vehicle as a part of the position. Must be able to pass a background investigation and drug and alcohol screenings.
