As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide strategic advice and counsel on talent matters to Senior Leaders and their respective leadership teams in Investment Banking. As an HR professional, you will work closely with business leaders to drive business results through talent strategies that attract and retain the best talent. You are accountable for enabling a high level of employee engagement leading to a superior client experience and sustainable value creation. You will partner closely with the Head of HR for Investment Banking and work with HR teams across various regions to drive key people priorities.

The expected salary range for this particular position is $150,000-$220,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
