Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist , you will assist customers by handling inquiries and resolving issues exclusively through email and live chat—no phone support required. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth interactions, moderating content, and identifying potential fraud while working closely with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and clearly to customer inquiries via email and chat
Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies
Identify and address potential scams or fraudulent activities to protect platform integrity
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Work collaboratively with the team to enhance processes and improve customer experiences
Provide precise and helpful information using the best available tools
Meet individual and team performance targets
Coordinate with internal and client teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Stay up to date on moderation guidelines through regular training
Adapt to various workflows, clients, and markets as needed

Requirements:

Fluent in German (C2 level)
Fluent in English (B2 level)
EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
0-1 year experience in customer support
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow
