If This Sounds Like You, We'd Love to Talk

We're on a mission to help leadership teams unlock their full potential, create massive impact, and deliver results that change the world. As an Executive Team Coach on our team, you'll be the secret sauce that turns groups of talented leaders into unstoppable teams. With your guidance, they'll communicate better, align their vision, and build trust that fuels innovation and high performance.

We're looking for someone who thrives on digging into team dynamics, spotting opportunities for growth, and giving teams the tools to crush their goals—all while having a bit of fun along the way.

Your Superpowers

  • You're a pro at balancing structure with spontaneity. You'll create a plan for team coaching but know how to pivot and embrace the energy of the moment.
  • You cut through the noise to find clarity. Whether it's juggling priorities or distilling team goals, you keep everyone focused on what truly matters.
  • You're brave enough to name the elephant in the room (and maybe even make it dance). You're comfortable stepping into conflict to help teams see it, understand it, and move forward.
  • You make complex dynamics simple. By spotting patterns in behavior and communication, you help teams understand themselves better and work more effectively together.
  • You create space for everyone's voice. Your knack for facilitating lively, inclusive discussions (whether virtual, hybrid, or in person) makes team members feel seen, heard, and valued.
  • You have a flexible mindset–having a plan AND ready to adapt quickly, stay curious, and thrive on experimentation and creativity based on what's emerging in the team.

A Bit About Us

We are passionate about understanding how teams operate within complex systems and bringing practical, human-centered change to how teams work and relate to one another. Playfulness, energy, and collaboration are our cornerstones, and we're not afraid to roll up our sleeves and get in the messiness of being humans trying to work together to create amazing outcomes.

Together, we want to continuously grow, learn, and push the boundaries of what's possible for teams. And we want to be a place where team practitioners contribute to each other's growth in our practice and businesses.

What You'll Deliver

  • A Tailored Team Roadmap
Design a coaching plan that zeroes in on each team's unique challenges and goals. Teams will know exactly where they're headed and how to get there.
  • Stronger Relationships, Bigger Results
Through your coaching, teams will build trust, align their strengths, and tackle ambitious goals together. Relationships improve, performance skyrockets.
  • Insights That Stick
Conduct team assessments, facilitate impactful sessions, and provide actionable insights the team can use immediately. Think dynamic workshops and hands-on tools that spark learning and growth.
  • Measurable Progress
Teams will hit milestones and make visible improvements in communication, decision-making, and collaboration. You'll provide progress updates and celebrate the transformation.
  • Lasting Impact
When you're done, the team will have more than good memories—they'll have skills, frameworks, and momentum to keep growing and excelling long after coaching ends.

What You Bring

Real-World Experience

  • At least 3 years working with executive-level teams, with proven expertise in communication, group dynamics, and conflict management is required. At least 2 years or more as a senior leader in an organization is preferred.

Coaching-forward approach

  • An ICF PCC or higher accreditation (or equivalent accreditation body).

Both in person and remote delivery

  • Demonstrated experience facilitating team experiences virtually and in person, and navigating technology platforms to do so.

Specialty Focus in Teaming

  • At least 15+ documented hours of team coaching training (or relevant training in group dynamics, systems coaching, or other team/group related training). Even better if you have completed a team coaching certification program.

The Process to Apply

We're excited to get to know you! Our process is designed to ensure it's a great fit for both you and us. During this process you will:

  • Share a short video introducing yourself and what excites you about coaching teams.
  • Participate in an engaging interview where we'll dive deeper into your approach and experience.
  • Showcase your coaching method in a team coaching demonstration.

If you move forward, you'll complete a Kolbe A assessment to help us learn more about your strengths and a background check to help us meet the ever-increasing security and risk rigor required by our clients.

We've designed this process to find a good-fit match—someone as passionate about empowering teams as we are!

Sound like a fit? We'd love to meet you!
