Effectively implement directives, policies and procedures
Help maintain efficient operation of the office to achieve performance goals
General Human Resource items to assist Senior Partner
General firm administration duties as directed by Senior Partner
Day to day operations and management items
Have extraordinary interpersonal and organizations skills
The right candidate must possess the following qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/PowerPoint/Word/Excel
Basic QuickBooks/bookkeeping knowledge preferred
Some knowledge of case management software preferred
Must have 3+ years of work experience as an Administrative Assistant or Paralegal
Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills; accuracy in work product and communication
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Ability to read, analyze and interpret information; keep systems organized and work cooperatively with a variety of team members
Superior organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic office environment
Strong work ethic and professional disposition
Strong attention to detail and highly motivated
Ability and desire to achieve high level of productivity
Salary & Benefits:
Full-time, in person position with set schedule, Monday through Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm.
