Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive  Executive Assistant to support the founder of a growing brand. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner, managing a variety of tasks to ensure the principal's professional and personal life runs seamlessly. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee scheduling, coordinate appointments, and manage meetings efficiently.
  • Assist with recording and posting content, collaborate with the marketing team, and monitor social media trends to enhance the brand’s online presence.
  • Accompany the principal to wellness events, provide on-site assistance, and ensure smooth logistics.
  • Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for business and personal trips.
  • Act as the point of contact for high-level interactions with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
  • Support various projects, including marketing initiatives, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Managing and working closely with the principals' Personal Assistant, ensuring seamless collaboration and task execution.
  • Provide proactive support by identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions before issues arise.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant supporting high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, or private families.
  • Experience managing other assistants or household staff is a significant plus
  • Must live within 30 minutes of Miami Beach and be available for occasional on-site support.
  • Proficiency in social media management and familiarity with content creation tools.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, discretion, and strong communication skills.
  • Occasional travel is needed.
  • Must be within a 30-minute drive to South Beach, Miami 

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Primarily remote with occasional on-site support.

Compensation: $110K to $130K with a full benefits package.
