Job Description
We're seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you'll be the voice of our company, providing exceptional service to our members, partners, plan sponsors, and investment professionals. You'll assist with account inquiries, plan fees, and product information, while making sure customers fully understand their plans. Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent service by responding to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members, assisting with a variety of topics related to financial products and services.
Stay informed about product offerings (including active and retired products) and effectively communicate changes to customers.
Listen attentively to identify both stated and unstated needs, offering helpful and proactive solutions.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, helping us to better understand and strengthen relationships with our members.
Follow all compliance regulations, policies, and legal requirements to ensure all interactions are within professional standards.
Educate customers on topics such as tax implications, surrender charges, death benefits, and other relevant plan details to ensure complete understanding.
Analyze customer concerns to find solutions, striving for resolution on the first call, and collaborate with internal teams to handle escalated issues.
Participate in regular meetings with leadership to set career goals and create a development plan, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred (but not required).
Minimum of 1 year of call center or customer service experience.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and colleagues.
Knowledge of insurance products and the sales process is a plus.
Comfortable with computers and office software.
Ability to understand financial plans/contracts and use technology to enhance customer interactions.

Work Environment:
Training: Fully remote for 6 weeks, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Post-training hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Flexibility to work remotely, in the office 1-2 days a month, or hybrid once training is complete.
