Creative Director

Description:

WeMod is looking for a Creative Director to bring world-class visual storytelling to life across every marketing touchpoint, from stunning 3D animation in our video ads to beautifully designed email and social campaigns.
In this role, you'll sit at the heart of our creative engine, making great work happen and building the systems that power it at scale.
You'll partner with motion designers, video editors, illustrators, and graphic designers to produce bold, eye-catching content for assets like cinematic trailers and social posts.
You will also design and lead processes that allow the team to move quickly, manage a growing network of creatives, and ensure on-brand, on-brief, and on-time delivery.
This role requires blending creative taste with operational excellence.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in creative operations, production, or marketing project management.
Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ad formats across Meta, YouTube, display, and lifecycle email channels.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with an eye for detail and design.
Experience managing contractors or freelance creatives.
Proficiency with tools like Frame.io, Figma, Google Drive, and project management platforms.
A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
\n Nice-to-haves: background in performance creative or growth marketing, experience building asset pipelines at a high-growth startup or creative agency, familiarity with YouTube UGC workflows or short-form video editing, passion for gaming or experience in the gaming industry, and a creative mindset paired with operational excellence.
