The Residence Inn is hiring a Chief Engineer. The Chief Engineer will oversee all property maintenance operations, including capital projects. The Chief Engineer will report to the General Manager. Responsibilities: Ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of all phases of hotel engineering - plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boiler maintenance, preventative maintenance, etc., and will be able to effectively delegate work and tasks to subordinates to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel. Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills. Qualifications: • Previous Chief Engineer experience in a hotel is preferred - a minimum of one year. Total engineering experience should be at least three years.
