Role: Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Mukilteo, WA

Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour

This is a fully on-site role located in Mukilteo, WA

Our North Seattle-based client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk. Candidate must have 3+ years of accounting experience, knowledge of the AR process, and have problem solving skills. The AR Clerk role consists of opening and setting up jobs, reconciling the monthly invoice log, and processing change orders.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and enter job openings into the database and import them into Foundation.
• Complete the job setup process in Foundation to ensure accurate records.
• Process and finalize invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile the invoicing log on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Process and maintain records of change orders.
• Maintain and update customer files with accurate and current information.
• Collect and manage out-of-state exemption documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Maintain files to support future business growth and keep customer worksheets updated with exempt certification/reseller permits.
