We are currently seeking a Payments Processing Specialist with  German to join our team in  [[Romania]].

Role Overview

We are looking for a  German speaking Payment Processing Specialist to join our team in Bucharest. We are looking for an analytical mindset, and a well-organized and attentive to details person with a high sense of responsibility to cover the daily payments for several European entities.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Managing Payment Processing for the assigned portfolio of customers, utilizing the available SAP tools, to ensure accurate reconciliation with vendors;
• Reviewing and processing transactions in accordance to internal procedures;
• Ensuring that any supporting documentation is provided and regularly updated;
• Assisting with month end closing processes and various financial & operational audits;
• Preparing and distributing of regular and ad-hoc reports as required by the business or the higher management;
• Identifying process improvement needs and providing advice and support to peers / management for implementing new ways of working, improving the functionalities of the existing system.

Basic Qualifications:

• Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and solid data analysis skills

• Good command of English and German (B2), excellent written and oral communication skils

• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (ERP)

• Patience, ability to manage stress and comfortable working with targets

Preffered Skills: 

• 1-3 years experience in Finance

• Bachelor's degree, certifications in Finance

• Team player with problem solving skills
